O R D E R

% 09.03.2019 Parties have mutually resolved the subject matter and there-under, have agreed that out of the entire award amount with upto date interest deposited by the insurance company before the Tribunal, lump sum of Rs.14,30,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Thirty Thousand only) shall go to the respondents claimants towards full and final settlement and balance deposited amount lying with the Tribunal shall go to the appellant insurance company alongwith upto date accrued interest. Settled amount be released to the respondents claimant as per the settlement and inconsonance with the terms of the award.

The statutory amount of Rs. 25,000 along with interest, if any,

accrued shall also be refunded to the insurance company. The impugned award stands modified to that effect. Consequently, the appeal shall stand disposed of.
