HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE ANU MALHOTRA

% 09.10.2018 As per the report put forth by the Registry as per the notification dated 11.9.2012 issued by the Principal Secretary (Revenue), Divisional Commissioner, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi was pleased to create and form 11 Districts of the seven Sessions Divisions and as per the annexure I thereto attached to the said notification, the limits of the existing Subdivisions/Tehsils have been detailed and it has been stated in the said notification that each district/sessions division and the sub-division under the district shall be known by the name specified in column II and column III respectively of annexure I and jurisdiction of each district shall extend to the areas of the sub-divisions mentioned in column III. As per the annexure I annexed to this notification dated 11.9.2012 it has been published in the Delhi Gazettee (Extraordinary), the area Gandhi Nagar as per the name of the sub-division falls within
the district East and thus as the proceedings in the matter of CS 1014/16 are already pending before the ADJ-04 (East District), Karkardooma, there is no ground for transfer of the proceedings of CS No. 1014/16 from the East to Shahdara District. The petition is thus declined.
A copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court. Copy of the order be given Dasti, as prayed.
