% 23.05.2018 Pursuant to the last order dated 26.2.2018, SHO, Lajpat Nagar has filed a report that Shri Ashok Kumar Chhabra has died and that whereabouts of Shri Vinod Kumar Chhabra are said to be unknown. A notice of default was also issued on the counsel appearing for the petitioner. None has appeared.

This court on 11.3.2016 had admitted the petition and had appointed the OL as the Provisional Liquidator and the petitioner was directed to carry out publication in the Indian Express (English Edition, Delhi) and Jansatta (Hindi Edition, Delhi). Despite lapse of this period the petitioner has not done the needful.

Learned counsel appearing for the OL also states that there is no information available regarding the respondent company on the website of ROC. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed in default. JAYANT NATH, J MAY 23, 2018/n
