O R D E R
% 19.07.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents state that vide letters dated 04.08.2016 and 28.11.2016, the petitioner was required to appear before the Recommendation Committee on the date specified therein, along with the following documents for consideration of allotment of alternative plot in lieu of acquired land.
1. "Complete revenue record (Khatauni) in original in r/o all kartas in the form of P.6 for the year prior to issue of notification u/s.4 of LA Act duly attested by the revenue authorities.
2. Affidavit in prescribed forms for not owning immovable property in urban area of Delhi including Group Housing Society Membership details.
3. Both certificates of minor of Shilpa & Kumar Sahil.
4. Correct Indemnity Bond in original in favour of President of India through Pr. Secretary (L&B) duly registered with Sub Registrar.
5. Surviving Member Certificate including the name of Shri Sanjeev Gahlot S/o. Shri Ram Chander.
6. Fresh relinquishment deed as there is overwriting in previous deed and relevant khasra numbers are not mentioned therein.
7. Status report of complete land of applicant/beneficiary.
8. Khatauni of khasra numbers whose possession was not taken.
9. Certified copy of Award & Statement-A copy of cheque of compensation."
Mr. Jain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2 would state that despite the above communications, no response has been forthcoming on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners state that, they shall appear before the Recommendation Committee on a date to be specified by this Court, along with the documents requested on behalf of respondent no.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further urges that the latter be directed to dispose of the Representation after affording her an opportunity of being heard in accordance with law.
Directed accordingly.
The petitioner shall appear before the Recommendation Committee on 26.07.2018 at 2.00 p.m.,along with all the relevant documents,as required by respondent no.2.The latter shall after verification of the documents and after affording an opportunity of being
heard to the petitioner, dispose of the Representation, in accordance with law, within six weeks thereafter, under intimation to the petitioner.
The petition is disposed of.
