Issue notice.

The learned counsel appearing for GNCTD accepts notice.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "It is therefore under the above said facts and circumstances as stated above, this Hon'ble Court may pleased to direct the respondents no.1 & 2 for initiating disciplinary action for major penalty and against the respondents no.3 & 4 on account of violating the direction and guidelines framed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in case tilted Arnesh Kumar Versus State of Bihar respecting FIR No.338/2018/U/s

323/341/354/354(B)/509/506/34 IPC P. S. Nihal Vihar and further direct the respondent no.1 & 2 to conclude the disciplinary enquiry within one month and also provide a copy of final order, passed by the disciplinary authority to the petitioner, in the interest of justice."

It is the petitioner's case that respondent nos.3 and 4 are hand in glove with the criminal elements, who have encroached upon the Gram Sabha land.

The petitioner has also relevant materials, including recording of the conversations, which would establish the same. 6.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to furnish all the relevant materials to respondent no.1 (Commissioner of Delhi Police). Respondent no.1 shall examine the same and initiate the necessary action if the complaint made by the petitioner is found to be merited. 7.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. The pending application also stands disposed of.
