% 08.08.2018 At the outset, appellant's counsel submits that he does not press this appeal but a prayer is made that the Tribunal be directed to release the awarded compensation in its entirety to the Injured to enable her to pay off her debts and to undergo future medical treatment. In view of aforesaid, this appeal and applications are disposed of as not pressed while directing the Tribunal concerned to release the awarded amount with interest to Injured after obtaining an affidavit and particulars of persons to whom the appellant-Injured has to repay the loan amount and to also release the proportionate awarded compensation for her future medical treatment. The concerned Tribunal be apprised of this order forthwith.

With aforesaid directions, this appeal and applications are disposed of as not pressed.
