1. There are two addresses given for the Respondent - one is in Poland and the other in the United Kingdom. The definition of 'international commercial arbitration' under Section 2(1) (f) (ii) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 stands attracted. Therefore, the Petitioner has to seek relief before the Supreme Court in terms of Section 11(9) of the Act.

2. Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Supreme Court in accordance with law.
