% 10.11.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-inlaw of deceased, who committed suicide after one year of the marriage. It is submitted that charge-sheet has already been filed against the husband, sister-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased and trial is pending. Brother-in-law and sister-in-law (that is, son and daughter of petitioner) have already been granted anticipatory bail.
They are facing trial.
No charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner as yet. It is further submitted that no specific demand of money by the petitioner is there in the FIR. Petitioner is ready to cooperate in the investigations. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in
case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigation Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
