% 21.01.2026 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 09.07.2025 for completion of service in CM No. 39719/2025.

As per office note, PF is lying under objection, vakalatnama has been filed by R-6 and affidavit of service has been filed. The same is perused. As per the affidavit of service, R-2 to 4 are unserved. Learned counsel for R-6 and 7 submits that he has also filed the vakalatnama for R-7. The same is not on record. Learned counsel is directed to check up with the registry and have the same placed on record before the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for appellant seeks some more time to serve R2 to 4. Heard. Allowed. Let fresh notice be issued to R-2 to 4 to be served by all permissible modes on filing of PF within four weeks. Notice be also served through counsel as well.
