% 08.08.2018 Mr. DD Joshi, petitioner who appears in person seeks leave to withdraw this petition, in view of the circumstance that the Registrar of Cooperative Societies has issued a Show Cause Notice on 07.08.2018 to the Akash Bharti Cooperative Group Housing Society Ltd., in terms of the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2018, in accordance with law.

Leave granted.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. Needless to state that the Registrar Cooperative Societies shall expedite the disposal of the subject proceeding culminating in a reasoned and speaking order preferably within six weeks from today, in accordance with law.
