By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file special leave petition and also to maintain social ties. 2.
On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report, family of the petitioner comprises of his brother namely Ameer Haider besides his wife and five other brothers who are residing in the same house.

It is thus evident that there are other people to take care of the petitioner's requirement of filing the special leave petition. Further as per the nominal roll the petitioner has been in custody from 28th April, 2018 after enjoying the benefit of suspension of sentence pending hearing of the appeal.
