% 16.03.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 and 2 submits that there was some delay in filing the counter affidavit. The delay in filing the counter affidavit is condoned. Registry is directed to place the same on record.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 4 and 5 submits that they are performa party and they do not wish to file counter affidavit.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 submits that the directions given vide order dated 19.05.2016 have been complied with and the information has been furnished to the CIC vide letter dated W.P.(C) 7342/2016

02.03.2017 and a copy thereof was also marked to the petitioner.

Copy of letter dated 02.03.2017 as well as status report filed in W.P.(C) 4205/2015, titled as 'Ashok Sikka Vs. South Delhi Municipal Corporation' along with its annexures has been filed in court. The same is taken on record.

None appears for the petitioner. It seems that the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
