The said Memorandum is annexed as Annexure A1 to the application. The parties concerned are present in the court today and the learned counsels on instructions submit the appeal be disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 07.02.2020 (Annexure A1).

The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 07.02.2020 and it shall form part of the decree. The parties shall be bound and shall abide by the terms of the said settlement. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
