Mr. Sidharth Luthra, learned senior counsel for respondent states that the Apex Court on the Administrative Side has issued a Circular that henceforth Advocates would not be required to undergo interaction with the Registrar before appearing in person as required under Order IV Rule 1 (c) of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013.

According to Mr. Luthra, the aforesaid statement satisfies the first prayer of the petitioner.

The aforesaid statement is accepted by this Court and respondent is held bound by the same.

In view of the aforesaid statement and the fact that none is present for the petitioner to press any other relief, present writ petition and application are dismissed.
