% 17.12.2015 Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that parties have settled their disputes before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 9th October, 2015. It is further submitted that terms of settlement, as contained in Settlement Agreement dated 9th October, 2015, have already been complied with. Nothing survives in the matter. Suit may be disposed of as not pressed.

Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, court fee be refunded to plaintiff and a necessary certificate be issued in this regard by the Registry.
