O R D E R

% 14.09.2018 The lis has been amicably settled by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 24.08.2018 whereunder the complainant/respondent no. 2 is to receive an amount of R.58.50 lacs towards settlement of all her claims against her husband and in-laws. Of the said amount only Rs.10 lacs remain to be paid to her.

The application of the parties for divorce by mutual consent has been moved and the first motion was listed a couple of days ago. The learned counsel for the parties state upon instructions that the parties shall abide by

the terms of the settlement. Their undertakings are accepted. Let affidavits of undertaking of the parties be filed within two weeks. Since the lis has been settled, the interim bail stands confirmed. Consequently, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 253/2018 under sections 376/354/354A/323/506/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station - Moti Nagar, New Delhi, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petition is disposed off.
