W.P.(CRL) 2331/2018 and Crl.M.A. No. 29387/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 152/2018 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC registered at PS Anand Vihar on the complaint of respondent No. 2 on the ground that no allegations are made out against the petitioner which are cognizable in nature. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition and application with liberty to file a fresh one in case the petitioner is finally arrayed as an accused in the charge sheet.
