On 17th October, 2025, this Court passed the following order: "1.
There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is taken up for hearing. No appearance has been recorded on behalf of the petitioner on the last few dates of hearing, although the petition was not taken up for hearing on those dates.

In the interest of justice, list on 09.02.2026. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents is requested to forward a copy of this order to the petitioner at the address mentioned in the memo of parties, as also to learned counsel on record for the petitioner, by speed post, so that the petitioner is effectively represented on the next date of hearing. Affidavit of compliance be filed within two weeks, alongwith the tracking report.

It is made clear that in the event the petitioner remains unrepresented on the next date of hearing, it may be presumed that he does not wish to prosecute the petition further."

In compliance with the aforesaid order, the Respondents have served a copy of the order upon the Petitioner at the address mentioned in the memo of parties by speed post.
