% 12.03.2018 The authorised representative of the petitioner, namely, Mr. Ashish Gaur is present in person. He seeks to withdraw the present petition. A perusal of the petition shows that it is Mr.Ashish Gaur, Senior Officer of the petitioner company who has signed the petition and has also given an affidavit in support of the petition. As requested, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications also stand dismissed. Learned counsel for the OL however points out that in other connected matter, the OL has been appointed as a Provisional Liquidator for the respondent Company. He submits that the petitioner should give details of the payments received from the respondent Company. Needful be done by the petitioner.
