% 25.10.2017 This appeal came up for hearing before this Court on 04.01.2017 and notice was issued to the respondent. The matter was directed to be placed before the learned Registrar for completion of service. However, the appellants have failed to appear before the learned Registrar. They have also not taken any steps for service of the respondent. Even despite second pass over, the appellants or their counsel have not appeared. It seems that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal. The appeal is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
