% 07.08.2018 Learned counsel for the appellant states that they would be satisfied if this Court clarifies that in case of an adverse order, the appellant would be entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law and Court may fix some time before coercive steps are taken.

We have also heard counsel for the respondents on the said aspects. We clarify that in case of an adverse order, the appellant would be entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law. We also clarify that in case of an adverse order, coercive steps would not be taken for a period of ten days. Recording the aforesaid, the appeal is disposed of. No costs. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
