O R D E R

% 16.08.2018 The petitioner states that he has amended the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will tender unconditional written as well as oral apology to the Hon'ble Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) and shall also initiate other appropriate motions to pursue remedies before the AFT, as may be available to him in law. After some arguments, Mr. Gill, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions states that the petitioner will withdraw the application filed before the Metropolitan Magistrate bearing No. 12618/2018 on which an order was issued on 3rd August, 2018. He states that the same was filed due TR.P.(CRL.) 49/2018

to an error of judgment. He further submits upon instructions that the petitioner has all along held and continues to hold the Hon'ble AFT and all its Hon'ble Members and its Hon'ble Chairman in the highest regard and esteem. He expresses remorse at having filed this application and states that he would promptly withdraw his application. He states that the withdrawal application will be filed tomorrow.

Additionally, he states that he will file an affidavit expressing his unconditional apology and profuse remorse to the Hon'ble Chairman of the Armed Forces Tribunal for filing the aforesaid ill considered and regrettable complaint.

In view of above, the writ petition, along with the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
