The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning the order dated 13.07.2018 (hereafter 'the impugned order'), whereby the respondent has decided to suspend the business dealings with the petitioner. Apart from assailing the impugned order on merits, the petitioner has also assailed it as being violative of principles of natural justice. 4.

Concededly, neither any show cause notice was issued to the petitioner prior to the passing of the impugned order nor any opportunity to be heard was afforded to the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, on instructions, that a fresh show cause notice would be issued and an appropriate order would be passed after affording the petitioner due opportunity to be heard.

In view of the above, the impugned order is set aside. The respondent shall also remove the same from its website.

It will be open to the respondent to issue an appropriate show cause notice and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and after following principles of natural justice.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. 9.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 10.
