% 11.01.2019 Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 651/18 under Section 195A/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mangolpuri, Delhi. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in pursuance to the order of 9th August, 2018 petitioner has joined investigation and charge-sheet has been filed.

Upon hearing and on perusal of the status report, interim order of 9th August, 2018 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail subject to furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
