% 16.11.2015 Mr Wali, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that he has instructions to withdraw this writ petition. He, however, also requests that a direction be given to the respondent to return the earnest money in terms of the tender conditions. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned counsel for the respondent is present and she states that the earnest money shall be returned as per the tender conditions.
