% 07.03.2017 Parties have entered into a settlement.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will file an undertaking by means of an affidavit in the court to vacate the tenanted premises being B-1587, Shastri Nagar, Delhi-110052 within 18 months from today. He will also give an undertaking to pay the agreed rent of Rs.484/- per month by the 7th day of each month regularly. The arrears of rent would also be paid within two months from today. He will also pay the electricity and water charges for the premises during his occupation. He will also not induct any third party in the tenanted premises or cause any wilful damage to the tenanted premises.
The affidavit/undertaking by the petitioner may be filed within two weeks from today.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent shall not execute the eviction order on or before 7th September 2018 in case an affidavit by way of undertaking is filed by the petitioner
within two weeks from today. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the above he does not press the present revision Petition.
Petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
