V % 28.07.2017 L By these petitioners, petitioners have-prayed for quashing of the following FIRs:- By:AMULYA

a) FIR No. 34/2011 under Sections 342/323/509/34 registered at police station Bharat Nagar on the complaint of Ms. Nanda Sawant (respondent no.2 in Crl. M.C. 2955/16 and petitioner in 2944/2016).

b) FIR No. 35/2011 under Sections 186/353/427/323/509/34 registered at police station Bharat Nagar on the complaint of Mr. Iqrar Khan (respondent no.2 in Crl. M.C. 2944/16 'and petitioner in 2955/2016);

Mr. Anil Kumar Mittal and Mr. Copal Prasad (respondent nos. 3 and 4 in Crl. M.C. 2955/2016) are injured persons in FIR No. 34/201 i; whereas they are accused persons (petitioner nos. 2 and 3 in Crl. M.C. 2944/2016) in FIR No. 35/2011.

It is submitted that complainants and accused persons, as named above, have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, New Delhi on 2"^ March, 2016 vide Settlement Agreement (Annexure-E), thus, are not willing to pursue their respective n > 4'

• / FIRs any further and pray that the same may be quashed. Mr. Iqrar Khan-and Ms.. Nanda Sawant, Mr. Anil Kumar Mittal and Mr. Gopal Prasad (complainants/injured persons) are present in Court along with their counsel arid have been identified by SI Lokesh Singh of police station Bharat Nagar. They submit that they have settled the disputes of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They

request that their respective FIRs may be quashed in the view of the settlement.

Keeping in mind that complainants/injured persons and accused persons have settled their disputes before the Delhi Mediation Centre, in the interest of justice, the above mentioned FIRs and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
