O R D E R

% 18.01.2019 The learned counsel for the respondent No.2 - complainant submits that all monies have indeed been received by the complainant and the latter is present in the Court and has been identified by the Investigating Officer of the case. There is no objection to the FIR being quashed in terms of the settlement, however, the petitioner is not present. Mr. Kundu, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, submits upon instructions, that the chargesheet has been filed and the case is listed before the learned Trial Court on 30.01.2019. In the circumstances, it will be open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned in terms of this order. The petition stands disposed-off in view of the above.
