% 06.09.2016 Petitioners and respondent nos.2 & 3 are living in the same locality. They were known to each other.

A quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter wherein petitioners are alleged to have given beatings to respondent nos.2 & 3 resulting in simple injuries to respondent no.3. On the complaint of respondent no.2, the present FIR No.344/2016 under Sections 307/34 IPC was registered at police station Punjabi Bagh. Petitioners and respondent nos.2 & 3 have amicably settled their disputes in order to maintain harmonious relations in future. Respondent nos.2 & 3 are present in court and have been identified by SI Ajay Kumar PS Punjabi

Bagh.

Respondent nos.2 & 3 submits that they do not wish to pursue the present FIR any further in view of the settlement arrived at between them and the petitioners.

Keeping in mind the fact that the petitioners and respondent nos.2 & 3 are living in the same locality, a quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter resulting whereof respondent nos. 3 had sustained simple injuries and now the parties have settled their disputes at the initial stage, in the interest of justice, the present FIR No.344/2016 under Sections 307/34 IPC registered at police station Punjabi Bagh is quashed. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
