% 24.08.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner says that since the petitioner has been appointed as a Chairman of the Examining Body for Para-Medical Training for Bhartiya Chikitsa, Delhi, he does not wish to pursue the petition and seeks to withdraw this petition. The petitioner seeks liberty to pursue such grievances as he may have apropos payment of salaries pertaining to his earlier assignment.

The learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 has no objection to the same.

Accordingly, the petition and all pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted.
