These applications are filed by the appellant praying that it be permitted to withdraw the balance amount available with the Registry of this Court.

The appellant had withdrawn the substantial amount deposited with the Registry of this Court on furnishing the bank guarantee(s), which were subsequently released.

However, the residuary amount of interest remains with the Registry of this Court, which is placed under a Fixed Deposit. 3.

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to forthwith release to the appellant, the amount lying available along with the accrued interest, if The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
