% 18.08.2017 EX.P. 9/2014 & EA(OS) No.234/2017 (for extension of time for payment) Learned counsel for the parties submit that the Judgment Debtor has handed over the balance amount payable by way of a cheque in the sum of Rs.1,65,930/- towards full and final satisfaction of the Decree. Learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor undertakes that the cheque shall be honoured on its presentation.

By this petition, the Decree Holder seeks execution of the Award dated 10.07.2006 Learned counsel for the Decree Holder submits that the entire payment under the Award has been received. In view of the above, the satisfaction of the Decree i.e. the Award dated 10.07.2006 is recorded.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

The interim order dated 04.03.2014, whereby, order dated 05.11.2012 was continued, stands vacated.
