% 11.08.2016 Kushank Kumar, Priyanka and her mother Sobha are present in the Court. We have spoken to the three of them in the Chamber in the presence of Ms. Pallavi S. Kansal, Advocate representing Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee.

Priyanka has stated that she would like to go with Kushank Kumar. Kushank Kumar states that he likes Priyanka and they would like to reside

together. Priyanka has expressed her desire that there should not be any litigation or police case against Kushank Kumar or against her parents and siblings. She has stated that she would like the matter to be reconciled and settled.

We have spoken to Sobha at some length in the Chamber. Sobha has stated that she would respect the wishes and desire of Priyanka. 4.

In view of the statement made by the parties, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of. However, Kushank Kumar and Priyanka will be given two telephone numbers of police officers of Police Station K.N. Katju Marg, New Delhi and in case they perceive any threat, it will be open to Kushank Kumar and Priyanka to call up on the said numbers and ask for protection. If any such request is made, immediate action as required would be taken to ensure that no harm is caused to Kushank Kumar and Priyanka.
