% 07.10.2016 Respondent No.2 is present in court. He is one of the two sons of the petitioner. Respondent no.5 is the wife and respondent no.6 is the other son of the petitioner. Respondent no.7 on a query by the court states that on account of some misunderstanding between the parties, the petitioner is entertaining apprehensions from respondent nos.5 to 7. However, respondent nos.5 to 7 are not inimical towards him, and shall not issue threats of any nature to him. No harm shall be caused to the petitioner. In view of the said assurance given by respondent no.7 on his behalf and on behalf of respondent nos.5 and 6, the petitioner states that he is satisfied and does not wish to press the petition any further. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
However, the SHO PS Bawana is directed to sensitise the beat constable and provide his mobile number to the petitioner, and in case of any emergency, to act promptly.
Petition stands disposed of.
