This is an application filed on behalf of respondent No.6 under Section 151 CPC seeking directions to the Registry to release the amount of Rs.10,29,600/- in favour of respondent No.6 with accrued interest thereon.

For the reasons stated therein and for the reason that the nonapplicant/writ petitioner is withdrawing the present writ petition and the same having been allowed today, there is no impediment in allowing the present application.

In view thereof, the Registry is directed to release the amount deposited before this Court on 22.04.2017 and 03.05.2017 by way of two deposits, one of Rs.4,00,000/- and the other of Rs.6,29,600/- respectively. The details are given in para 5 of the present application. The same be released by the Registry within two weeks from today along with the accrued interest thereon to the respondent no.6 with the accrued interest.

In view of above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 8.

Pending application also stands disposed of.

Next date i.e. 19.02.2024 stands cancelled.
