Learned counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that in view of the settlement, the suit may be disposed of.

In view of the settlement, the suit stands disposed of. Parties shall remain bound by the settlement. In case of any violation by the defendant, the plaintiff is free to take recourse to the contempt proceedings.
