Issue notice. Mr. Jagjit Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Railway Protection Force (RPF), respondent/nonapplicant in this case accepts notice. The applicant seeks consequential orders for implementation of this court's judgment dated 30.01.2015 in W.P.(C) 36/2014 filed by the applicant/petitioner. 2.

The court had stated as follows:

"8.

We dispose of the writ petition declaring that the Caste Certificate produced by the petitioner is as per the proforma prescribed.

At the stage, learned counsel for the respondent states that since the department has held the Certificate to be invalid, it did not check from the issuing authority whether it was a genuine certificate. Counsel states that in the past it has transpired that fake certificates are being produced.

Thus, we dispose of the writ petition declaring as above, and simultaneously permitting the respondent to get the authenticity thereof verified from the office of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate who had issued the Certificate in question.

Needful shall be done within six weeks.

If the Certificate is found to be authentic, candidature of the petitioner to be appointed as a Constable in RPF under the Scheduled Caste category would be further processed and taken to its logical conclusion."

On 09.03.2015, this Court corrected the word 'Constable' in para 12 and replaced it with 'Sub-Inspector (Executive)'. 4.

Apparently, the RPF has sought the details of the certificate from the applicant on 05.06.2015 which the petitioner furnished subsequently on 17.07.2015. In these circumstances, given that the original order of this court had directed measures to be taken and completed within six weeks, we are of the opinion that RPF should take all necessary steps towards verification of the certificate and pass consequential orders within three weeks.

List the matter on 09.09.2015 for consideration of compliance. 5.
