% 10.08.2018 In view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Common Cause (A Regd. Society) v. Union of India & Ors. 2017 SCC Online SC 617, with regard to the relief claimed by the petitioner, now no further directions are required to be issued.

The issue stands concluded in the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and, therefore, petitioner is granted liberty to take recourse to the remedy as indicated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Common Cause (A Regd.
