% 24.08.2016 The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to provide information sought by the petitioner by his RTI application dated 17.09.2015.
Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that the RTI application was duly responded to and the information was supplied by the letter dated 16.10.2015, which was dispatched on 31.10.2015. A copy of the letter as well as the information provided has also been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today.
Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had not received any such reply, however, he does not wish to press the present petition any further.
In view of the above, the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
