The applicant i.e. appellant/insurance company seeks review of order/judgment dated 14.05.2024 passed by this Court in the aforesaid appeal to the extent that this Court has forfeited the amount of statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- along with interest accrued thereupon.

None is present for the non-applicants/respondents despite advance notice.

Since the appeal of the appellant/insurance company challenging the quantum of compensation was dismissed, there are no grounds to allow the refund of the aforesaid amount. 6.
