% 16.05.2016 CS(OS) 3450/2012 The case file is taken up pursuant to office noting dated 13.05.2016 on the basis of order dated 09.05.2016 of learned District and Session Judge (East) KKD Courts, Delhi, wherein, it is mentioned that jurisdiction of the present matter does not fall in the said district but rather it falls in Shahdara District, KKD Courts. Vide order dated 28.01.2016, the matter was transferred to East District, KKD for 09.05.2016. The transfer of the matter vide order dated 28.01.2016 as per notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, was a ministerial order. Accordingly the said ministerial order is modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts Complex, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
