1. This appeal by the Revenue is directed against the order dated 20th March 2018 passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) in ITA No. 1584/DEL/2015 for Assessment Year (AY) 2007-08.

2. This appeal pertains to the levy of penalty. The issue urged in this appeal is:

"Whether the ITAT erred in deleting the penalty of Rs.1,02,34,155/- imposed by the Assessing officer under section 271(1)(c) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 ignoring the fact that the Assessee had furnished inaccurate particulars of its income?"

3. The corresponding quantum appeal pertaining to this very AY ITA No. 895/2018

2007-08 being ITA No. 214 of 2019 has been dismissed today by this Court by a separate order. Accordingly this appeal is dismissed. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
