O R D E R

% 14.09.2016 By this petition, petitioner seeks parole for three months on the grounds (a) to shift his family to his village Konder, Ferozabad, UP; (b) to get his son admitted in a school and (c) to re-establish social ties with family members. Village address of the petitioner has been verified. A perusal of nominal roll shows that petitioner was earlier released on parole in the month of October/November, 2015. It is not the case that he had misused the concession of parole extended to him earlier. It is trite to say that every convict, in long incarceration, if released on parole, at least once in a year for maintaining family and social ties, it aids to his physical and mental well being. Petitioner is in incarceration for about seven years. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that

petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. After completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent concerned for compliance.
