By placing reliance on nominal roll, learned additional standing counsel submits that petitioner was released on parole from 1st October, 2013 to 2nd November, 2013, pursuant to orders passed by Government of NCT of Delhi. Petitioner did not surrender after completion of parole period, inasmuch as, he was arrested in another FIR No.322/2013 under Sections 380/411/454 IPC registered at police station Ram Pur (Haldwani), Uttarakhand on 2nd December, 2013. Petitioner has also been convicted and sentenced to RI for two years with fine of `10,000/- in the said case on 7th February, 2014.
