M.A. No.15200/2016 By this application, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 22.08.2016, whereby the petitioner was directed to be released on furlough for a period of three weeks subject to conditions. The submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is not able to meet the condition with regard to furnishing of personal bond with one surety of Rs.20,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent and, therefore, the petitioner has not been able to avail the said order.

Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the application. Accordingly, the same is allowed. The aforesaid condition stands modified

to the extent that the petitioner may furnish personal bond with one surety of Rs.5,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. The application stands disposed of.
