% 27.05.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 26th May, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement "Mark C-1". Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. In terms of the settlement, counsel for the petitioner has handed over `2 lacs through demand draft to the counsel for complainant, photocopy thereof has been placed on record. Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand

Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/Station House Officer, Police Station of the concerned police station.

However, petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon to do so.
