O R D E R
% 29.03.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, in unison, state that the latter have arrived at an amicable resolution of the underlying dispute that has led to the filing of the accompanying petitions. The terms and conditions of the settlement have been formalized by way of settlement agreements dated 27.03.2017, entered into by and between the respondent-company and the respective petitions.
The said settlement is lawful and the same is hereby accepted, leaving the parties to abide by their reciprocal obligations, without demur.
Undertaking on behalf of Mr. Raman Puri, Managing Director of the respondent-company, as reflected in Clause 11 to 14 of the settlement agreement dated 27.03.2017 is hereby accepted. The parties are directed to comply with their reciprocal obligations at the appointed time. Copy of the aforesaid settlement agreement dated 27.03.2017 is exhibited as 'Ex.C1' and is taken on record.
In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw these petitions with liberty to revive the petition in the event the respondent-company breaches any of the terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement dated 27.03.2017.
Leave and liberty granted.
