% 26.09.2016 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for grant of parole for a period of two months for filing SLP and maintaining family and maintaining social ties with his family members and society. Address of petitioner has been verified. However, wife and children of petitioner have given in writing that behaviour of petitioner is not good and he used to fight with the neighbours. They have stated that they are not in favour of release of the petitioner on parole. Learned additional standing counsel further points out that petitioner has already been convicted in FIR No.204/2004 for the similar offence.

Keeping in view the status report and statement of family members of petitioner, I am not inclined to grant parole to petitioner. Petition is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
