% 12.08.2016 The present bail application has been filed by the applicant for grant of interim bail against the order dated 26th July, 2016 passed by the Trial Court in a case arising out of FIR No.109/2010 registered under Sections 302/506/34 at Police Station Fatehpur Beri. During the course of arguments, it has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was arrested on 8th June, 2010 i.e. about six years ago but till date he has not moved an application for grant of regular bail.

Earlier, he sought the interim bail for a period of two weeks commencing from 9th January, 2014, on health ground and, thereafter, he surrendered. The petitioner moved another application for the grant of interim bail before the Court of Session which was rejected on 26th July, 2016 and, thereafter, the petitioner approached this Court.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he will move the application before the Court of Session for the grant of regular bail taking the present ground as also one of the grounds.

Consequently, the present bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
