IA No.2873/2018 u/O XXXVII R 3(4) r/w Section 151CPC moved by plaintiff for issuance of summons for judgment On last date of hearing i.e. 19.02.2018, certain objections were raised by learned counsel for defendants and accordingly the matter was ordered to be placed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.03.2018 for further directions.

Learned counsel for plaintiff/applicant prays that notice may be issued on the present application. On the other hand, leaned counsel for defendants submits that in view of proceedings on last date, the matter may be put before the Hon'ble Court on date fixed. Since the present IA is to be considered in light of the objections raised on last date of hearing, let the same be put before the Hon'ble Court on date already fixed there i.e. on 09.03.2018, for further directions.
